3 Bedroom Unit - Half a block back from Marine Parade

This spacious 3 Bedroom Unit is half a block back from Marine Parade and is situated on quiet Kingscliff Lane, adding to your enjoyment of this special area of coastline.
The unit has a pleasant outlook over gardens and a glimpse of the ocean. This unit features a sunny and private north east aspect and with only one common wall, it has windows on all three sides, providing constant light sea breezes throughout the unit.The bright decor and beach themed wall hangings, are sure to add to your holiday experience, along with the iPod dock, DVD player, games and puzzles and a personal library of reading books. Unlimited download internet (50MB NBN) is included as well as a Weber Baby Q gas BBQ for your further enjoyment.

The well appointed kitchen on the eastern side flows out to a lounge and dining area, and then out to a large balcony with BBQ that is within sight and sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for your cooking pleasure as well as having a Nespresso pod coffee machine, milk frother, microwave and a modern cooktop and oven. The other north facing balcony accessed by 2 of the bedrooms and the lounge area has spectacular views to Mt Warning, especially at sunset.

Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. They both have access via security doors, to the shared north facing balcony.

Further down the hallway is the modernised bathroom off to the right, with a full bath and a separate shower, whilst off to the left is a very large laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer with ample room to air clothes to dry (There are shared clothes lines downstairs if you prefer to use these). There is a separate toilet also. The last bedroom at the end of the hallway has 2 single beds, dressing table and side table as well as child proof mesh in the windows for added safety.The property easily sleeps 6 people.

It has a larger than normal lock up garage which is located directly under the unit and is very close to the front door access to the building. The unit itself is only 1 floor up, which makes for ease of moving in and transport of goods upstairs. The Kingscliff markets are every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and are just across the road from this unit.

The proximity of the unit to town, allows you to throw away the car keys and walk everywhere. Both clubs (Bowls and Surf Club) are a short walk as are a large number of restaurants and cafes as well as the local shopping precinct where Woolworths and other specialty shops abound. Beautiful Cudgen Creek is with easy walking distance and is a wonderful place for a safe calm swim.

Beautiful Kingscliff beach is just across the road and at certain times of the year, you will see whales breaching, pods of dolphins, surf club carnivals and and scores of fishermen hoping to catch fresh fish for dinner. There are 2 patrolled areas, again within easy walking distance of the unit.
