Two storey street-fronting townhouse in the Pandanus Pocket development at Casuarina Beach. These two storey townhouses are larger than the other bungalows in the development and the main difference with this layout is that there are both bedrooms upstairs as well as a second TV room and there is under cover car parking under the main roof plus your entertaining area is covered as well.

Stepping into the property this reveals a spacious living area, the downstairs area is all tiled, and in the lounge there is a large L-shaped lounge with a wall mounted TV and there is also a reverse cycle split system air-conditioned. The kitchen is modern and features stainless steel appliances, a full oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a guest toilet downstairs.

Going up the stairs to the first floor there is a second TV room with a flat screen colour TV, and there are 2 bedrooms, both have sliding/mirrored robes. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom plus 2 singles in the second bedroom then there is also a sofa bed in the 2nd lounge area (linen not provided for this bed)The bathroom has a shower over a bath.

This property is perfect accommodation for guests attending weddings at Osteria function centre as it is only a 250 metre walk from the venue.

In the complex there is an in ground pool and BBQ as well as a covered table and chairs in the pool area. Pandanus #27 also comes with the use of 2 kids bikes body boards and pool toys.

Located just a 3-minute walk (250metres) to the Osteria Cafe/Restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch7 days a week and dinner Wednesday to Sunday) and just a 4 minute (350metres) walk to the almost deserted white sandy beaches of the Tweed Coast.
